Tools and Schedules (Session 6)

You’ll craft the practical tools, schedules, and routines that will support your ongoing journey, ensuring they fit seamlessly into your daily life.

Follow-Up and Tackling Issues (Sessions 7 & 8)

The last two sessions, spaced two weeks apart, are dedicated to reflecting on your progress, addressing any challenges, and reinforcing the strategies that resonate with you.

The first six sessions are held weekly, providing a steady rhythm to your development. Sessions 7 and 8 offer time to reflect and adapt, with flexibility for scheduling based on your needs. Should you wish to explore further or address new areas, an additional set of 8 sessions is available, offering continued guidance and empowerment as you advance on your path to lasting happiness.
